Big Mac, Cheerilee, Apple Bumpkin, Berry Belle, and Apple Barrel.  
Big Mac had started dating Cheerilee after the love potion incident and while they had their ons and offs he eventually married Cheerilee and they settled down on a small section of Sweet Apple Acres. They soon had their first child, Berry Belle. The filly was a handful, adventurous as Applebloom had been, but thankfully her parents knew how to deal with such things. As she grew she instinctively took to teaching, helping her classmates learn and grow just as her mother had. The second child to Big Mac and Cheerilee, Apple Bumpkin, turned out just as big as his father with an impressive set authoritative skills. If the farm didn’t need him he probably would have gone off to the guard and been commander in less than three years, but the farm called more than the guard and so he stayed home to help out. He’s as strong as Big Mac, and it’s put well to use. Third born, Apple Barrel, turned out to be extremely intelligent. First in her class to get her cutie mark, and deeply interested in mathematics. She took on the task of handling the farm’s accounts, causing the family’s fortunes to soar since. Far from being an office only worker, it’s not uncommon to see her out in the fields with her family when harvest season comes along. She’s not sure how the family managed to keep the farm going when there was only three ponies strong enough to work but with the ever growing clan living at Sweet Apples it’s steadily becoming one of the largest farms in Equestria and the Apple family, once known only for it’s size, has rise to the ranks of nobility thanks AJ being a bearer of harmony and personal friend of all four princesses.

Personality: Kind as they come and as down to earth as apple pie.  
Cutie Mark: A golden bell  
Occupation: Teacher
 
Apple Bumpkin-  
Personality: Big and strong as his dad and about as talkative, he’s a quiet contemplative, fiercely protective mamma’s boy who will pound you into the dirt if you say one wrong word about his family but is generally a calm stallion. He got his mother’s authoritative abilities, and can take charge of a room just by clearing his throat if need be.  
Cutie Mark: Gold horseshoe with a green apple  
Occupation: Farmer, occasional bouncer and emergency guard
 
Apple Barrel -  
Personality: Wicked smart mathematically with a keen eye and the heart of a true critic. Not exactly the most popular for her brutal honesty and tends to be a loner, lost in her jobs around the farm.  
Cutie Mark: A barrel  
Occupation: Accountant and farm manager, handing out tasks and when needed working fields and raising barns. Without her and her aunt Applebloom keeping the accounts and the machinery in check the farm would fall into debt and disrepair.
