yeah, I think that Popsicle kinda crosses over into overt territory.

From what I remember (I rarely post suggestive or questionable images so I don’t bother to remember the difference), suggestive means innuendo, only spoken references to sex, drugs, and rock ‘n’ roll, and questionable means boobs and underpants, a step below sex organs which are tagged explicit. :3

Personally, i believe this falls into questionable, that with the whole penis-shaped Popsicle and general nature of the picture.

It depends on your definition of “serious”… Stern talkings-to are rare for me, but you’ll occasionally see me give an in-depth analysis for the sake of an artist that I like.
 
… Also, the later it is that I’ve been up, the more likely I am to create a full-on essay in a comment directed towards someone… I’d post an example, but I almost feel embarrassed with regards to some of them, even if they have given good points in the past.
