I don’t think the NV traits system added too much. I liked it, and it had some powerful abilities, but they seemed almost secondary when it came to the actual gameplay. I’d rather traits had more active bonuses, like new dialogue options or visible combat buffs.

 
 
House I made, I improvised (for the most part and used knowledge of shaping and decorating from Grian) and really happy how it turned out.

They weren’t really even “new”, just brought back from FO1 and 2. They’re optional of course but some of them do make certain builds decently powerful. I will admit they’re somewhat niche.

Smash ultimate quickplay is quite interesting.

I realized that I forgot the reason I went to N.C.R in 2. Screw it, I’m loading a save before accepting Complete Brahmin Drive and am ignoring it for now, when I hop on later.

Playing the X-Men Origins Wolverine game, and can anyone think of another shitty movie that managed to get such an awesome game? I remember the Transformers Revenge of the Fallen being a surprisingly fun game despite the movie being terrible

I’m pretty sure random crits never go away regardless of what weapon or armor. Like, you can be wearing Enclave Power Armor and some fuckboy could be using a dingy pistol and you can still get instakilled if RNG says you should. Even if all his other attacks does literally no damage if he hits that lucky shot then you’re gonna be reloading a save.

Well, tangle slimes have just rocketed to the top of my shit list.

As I recall, you can still die “from the pain” if you get by a critical hit, even if the hit itself does zero damage.

I just did almost everything in NCR (other than the quests involving Merk, Mira, Dr. Henry, Bishop, the Hubologist or the caravan quest), as well as cleared Vault 15, and had the second dream on my way to Gecko, which isn’t good for me.

I’m well aware, I’m just adding it to my list of what about FO2 (or Classic in general) pisses me off.

Finally decided to play Trails of Cold Steel.

If you plan to explore in Fallout 3, get the Animal Friend perk (the first one). I was abused by raiders in Yao guai territory, but they also aggro two Yao guai who did a good deal of work and were barely hurt afterwards. That perk saved me from having to reload.
