It was essentially a DVD Player bundled with the GBA that came out during the 2006. I remember by that time, the GBA was in its last toe of its life.

Mario Kart: Super Circuit was an enjoyable game. It had certain quirks that were fun to exploit as well.

It’s a common strategy for selling a product. Slowly increase the price over months then put on “sale” to the original price.
