I think you underestimate how understanding your customers would be if you were honest about the price increase and removed the microtransactions.

Any SNES platformer games you can recommend me?

The vast majority of customers don’t visit game sites or forums, and more importantly they don’t care. It’s like thinking that parisians would have been understanding of the price increase on bread if only they understood the laws of supply and demand and the effects of draught on wheat harvests.

Than it’s up to the companies to explain things themselves. It sounds like you don’t trust your customers, so I find it hard to trust you in return.

DKC all three of them. There is Megaman 7 on the SNES. The first 6 are on the NES.

Capcom’s Disney games are underrated, as well.
 
The Donkey Kong Country trilogy, Super Castlevania 4, anything Super Mario, Yoshi’s Island, Super Metroid, Kirby Super Star, are other recommendations of mine. TMNT 4: Turtles in Time is great too, but that’s more of a beat-’em-up game, then a platformer.

When they brought out that handful of games in the “Saturday afternoon bundle” people lost their minds.
 
I can only imagine a similar thing would happen with the SNES games like Mickey’s Magical quest 1 - 3, Aladdin and Goof Troop.
 
Goof Troop is a super fun game too, same with the magical quest game! fun gameplay, and co-op to boot.
 
Never knew why they didn’t do a Gummi bears game. Could have been a Zelda-like Adventure game.

Maybe Gummi Bears was too old at that point, seeing how it came out in the mid-1980s.
 
You mean “Disney Afternoon Collection?” The only drama I saw over that was mostly due to it being a compilation game of NES Disney/Capcom games that was literally released for everything except any Nintendo systems, which admittedly doesn’t make much sense.  
Not many people buy a PS4 to play 8-bit NES games. It probably would’ve sold better on 3DS or Switch.  
(In fact, I heard “Duck Tales Remastered” sold best on WiiU.)

The Disney Capcom games are surprisingly excellent, I’d love to see them get a rerelease like the Disney Afternoon Collection for the NES games
 
And since Capcom made them and Disney owns them, I’d also like to see X-Men Mutant Apocalypse and Marvel War of the Gems rereleased too :p

Only 1985. NES and Gameboy were out at the time.
 
And I’m still pissed about that! The Switch is selling like hot cakes! You’d be stupid NOT to put that on there.
 
Speaking of remastered; They remade another game like “Castle of Illusions” but it came out around the time as Epic Mikey so news about it was dwarfed by people talking about Warren Spector on it and how they thought we’d be getting a dark, classic style Disney game.  
We all know that Son and dance and how Disney didn’t like that, so now all we have are concept art of what could have been.

Gameboy came out in 1989 actually. It did get a Duck Tales port, I believe.
 
Yeah, they brought “Megaman Legacy Collection” & such to Switch with li’l problem, and they’ve sold well on it, so there’s really no reason not to release “Disney Afternoon Collection” on it.
 
That’s a shame, the 3DS does have a pseudo sequel to “Mickey’s Castle of Illusions” in the form of an Epic Mickey type sidescroller that’s not bad. The original “Castle of Illusion” is being included on the upcoming Sega Genesis Mini.

1UpArcade is apparently releasing an arcade cabinet that includes several of the Marvel arcade games by Capcom.
 
Regardless what some critics say, the 1upArcade cabinets are pretty cool, and they’ve made improvements to them from the online criticisms. I really want the upcoming TMNT one, and the Rampage one. (If only I had more cash.)

It’s Capcom and Nintendo. Those two companies have an… interesting history, and Nintendo’s never really forgiven them for repeatedly stabbing them in the back.

I dunno, they seem to get along, heck we got several Capcom characters in SSBU now. (Both playable, and NPC assists.)
