New media is always the target of scorn. Back in the day movies were blamed as a great evil that corrupts the youth. So was the rock music genre.
 
That, and old codgers know they can score brownie points with other old codgers by being all “These new fangled techmobobs are ruining society!”
 
That, and it’s political slacktivism. People are angry at the latest tragedy? Find a scapegoat to blame so you look like you’re fixing the problem, when really you aren’t doing anything.

I wonder who I should pass Kos-Mos onto. She’s on Rex at the moment, but it probably isn’t beneficial to have the only two light Blades in the game on the same character.

With BlazeBlue Cross Tag Battle, it seems like the other half of the RWBY main characters are being released as free DLC for the game. Blake and Yang Xiao Long if this random youtube video is anything to go on.

This is very old news by now. Also, it barely changes anything about the huge amount of DLC-locked characters.

True, sorry about that, I was out of the loop for months. Waiting for a super ultra game of the year edition with most or all the dlc would still be the best idea.

Agreed.

So, there’s now a Quake Champions mod for Doom. It features Caleb from Blood, Corvus from Heretic and the player character from Strife from… well, Strife, which already makes it better than Quake Champions. Not that I ever played it. Also, while it’s a multiplayer mod, of course, it appears to have bots. And can also be played in singleplayer.
 
Speaking of which, what’s actually up with Quake Champions? I haven’t heard from it since quite a while now.

Quake is pretty similar to Doom, but has never been a Doom mod.

It’s doing better than Lawbreakers but it’s not gone over 1k players in a while, it’s still in early access and there’s been lots of work on it. Makes me worry for the game’s future on it, considering I spent $30 on it.
