I’d say it’s because SHODAN is also the the villain of the first game, but many SS2 fans don’t really seem to be aware of that game. Beyond the fact that it exists, because of the “2” in the title of the System Shock 2.

I think it’s because SHODAN’s personality is more bombastic than the Many. The Many act as a contrast to her. Being all chill and understated and in some ways diplomatic. Compared to SHODAN being all screechy and megalomaniacal and insulting.
 
The Many have a line in SS2 and it’s my fav line in the whole game. I found it more intimidating than anything SHODAN said because of how calm and absolute the Many sounded while saying it.

Yeah but SHODAN also has this.

So I just zoned into the Dark Souls DLC.  
Sanctuary Guardian flattened me into the ground 3 out of 3 times.  
I am SL 79.  
I am shit at this game, surely.  
And that’s the end of my story.  
I’m done playing Dark Souls.

And the thing is, your level only matters so much  
There are people who the DS games without leveling at all  
It’s just a skill thing
 
But don’t start shitting on yourself because you can’t beat a boss after 3 attempts  
On my first time playing the game, every boss probably took me an average of a dozen tries  
But I still beat the whole series
 
And even if you never beat it  
It’s just a game  
Don’t shit on yourself over it

Man, I remember when you weren’t expected to be able to beat every game you play. I barely finished the games I had for Master System as a kid and never thought that there was something wrong with it.

also i think next Empires game they should make it so that Canon couples have unique kids with some of their old weapons and unique designs ect,

Never. Warriors Orochi has ended with 3. Instead, there’s a spiritual successor called “Musou Stars” now. Despite that, it lacks Warriors Orochi-exclusive characters.
