Guys help my brain is trying to cross Bastion the Overwatch character with Bastion the video game.

I’m just glad it’s on Steam and the files aren’t encrypted so you can mod the sprite sheet/music to make it look more like the BOWEP version.
 
Really wish I knew how to do graphics/grids in C# to attempt something like this.

Going back to Civ 5 after BE I’m feeling 2 things.
 
First is that BE really should’ve had scenarios to give the player some campaign-lite missions.
 
Second is that Civ 5 is vastly more difficult than BE.

Overwatch parody: angry support characters, characters are too dumb to push the payload, jokes about reapers edginess
 
Team Fortress 2 parody: The Engineer craps out a melon for the spy as the Heavy Weapons Guy becomes a motorbike which promptly explodes, killing all three of them

So after installing the Full Simulated A-Life for Call of Chernobyl I had a damn good example of the crazy things A-Life can do.
 
Was on a task to grab a new rifle for a Duty member in Rostok and I headed to Cordon to hopefully score it from dead bandits and do some other money tasks. Freaky thing was that after I got it and started heading north back to Rostok past Garbage, bandits were on the final stretch of Cordon. Took a quick glance at the PDA map and noticed my task marker had headed all the way to Cordon itself past the Garbage. Turns out said guy and 2 other Dutiers rolled on the scene and helped steamroll the bandits. After the fight I gladly gave him the rifle he needed and headed on back to Rostok to upgrade gear.
 
It’s things like that, that make STALKER’s AI so damn amazing.

SkiFree always just makes me think of this awesome song thanks to this early internet relic (that I may or may not love for avatar-related reasons.)
 
Also; Emulated TTYD is excellent. Emulated Sunshine less so, since my USB controller doesn’t have a graduated-press R button like the gamecube does and requires for move-spraying.

 
I cannot wait for this game.

Due to my low-spec laptop, the lag is really noticeable. Also, the first boss is creepy as fuck. Like, I was having an easy time beating him with my sword and then suddenly, he comes up and starts spewing out black goo and the atmosphere changed entirely.
