As someone that used to be a super fan of the zombie genre that’s been drastically overdone like a hundred times.

Real talk though. Legends of Tomorrow is better than early Arrow but not nearly as perfect as early Flash.

What if the cavemen started to realize that, by whatever reason, were resurrecting as even more primitive beings who lived on a severe craving for flesh, as “cave zombies” that fought by hunting till their prey would give in to them or the environments?
 
What if, try if they could, the cavemen couldn’t stave of the cavezombie menace? What if the cavezombies became the successive species, the one that would carry their genes on to the next generation?
 
What if that next generation was us?
