A guy was forced by police to cut his own dog’s head off and he was told if he didn’t, he would go to jail. This happened in Georgia.

I’ve gone slightly mad with a research proposal that has just become needlessly complex.

You guys, I think my phone is fucked up now. It won’t charge in general andI know it isn’t an issue with the charger, adapter, or power outlets.

For context here, the man’s dog bit someone and then was shot when it failed to obey orders to stop when charging a police officer, the decapitation was to collect it’s head for rabies testing, however it was supposed to be done by a vet,
