This is a spoiler for the movie, so if you want to read go ahead but it is the actual story:
||
The abyssals are the fleet girls that were sunk. During the movie most of the movie is watching one of the main characters slowly lose her mind and lashing out in violence after being sunk. She has emotional breakdowns trying to keep it together mentally and trying to not hurt her friends as she slowly goes insane. Only the few that know the truth are allowed to see her.
It’s kind of sweet at the end cause even though by that point she’s completely fucking gone in the head her last act is protecting Fubuki long enough for Fubuki to save the day.
||
Imagine highly contagious severe bipolar disorder combined with schizophrenia. The abyssals aren’t even close to evil or even villains, they’re just sick.
I hate when people talk to me and, in the middle of conversation, chastise others for using language.
Like, they’re their own person. First off, why the fuck are you telling me? I don’t give a shit what they say. Second of all, they’re a grown adult, they can say what the fuck they want.
@SeraphimDawn
Pretty much. However don’t worry there is a way to cure them. If you defeat a abyssal there’s a chance their anger will be calmed and come back. If you defeat them enough times they come back eventually.
Although I will say this.
|| While the addition of the original theme song was really fucking radical I think the length and placement were a bit off. It should have been saved for when the Megazord popped out of the ground where the Zeo Crystal was and it should have later throughout the final fight with Rita and Goldar. ||
