Why can’t we just sit and be friends?

Imagine – if everyone here wasn’t hiding behind a computer screen but was instead talking to the other in person, would we see the same ammount of hatred?

I know a lot of people like to say “Far-left crazies doing stupid shit again? They just gave President Trump a second term!” but even if he would win, I don’t think he’d run for a second term. It’s been a hundred days and Trump is really starting to feel the pressure of leading an entire nation.
 
Obama was relatively young when he took office (47 years old) and he came out looking like he’d aged 20 years.
 
Trump is already 70, what do you think the Presidency will do to him?

I watched the video thinking it was some fun performance, a bit of dramatic theatre, rather than a genuine attempt to “drive the demons out” of Trump.
 
It’s pretty harmless fun, calling them “liberal freaks” is a bit much. I mean, they aren’t smashing shit and setting things on fire like ANTIFA, or screaming obscenities at speakers of different opinions.

So I’m watching the History channel’s thing on comics. _{This is going to get bad} and this bald white guy starts talking about someone going “EH! He said Batman and Robin had homoeroticism in it! Go fuck yourself!”
 
and just seconds later they show scenes of Bruce spanking Dick, sleeping together, being naked together, a boat ride at night. Looks to me like there might have been merit to what he was saying.

Plus there’s all this “Counter culture” and how the country was tearing apart, quite a few parallels with today really, except now it’s the left that’s the status quo. Kind of ironic really. It’s also very ironic that Marvel was once a rebel to establishment and now tell people to conform to the establishment. “Like this or YOU are the villain.”
 
They talk about how Marvel revolutionized characters in comics making them 3 dimensional with positive and negative traits, so I’m waiting to see if they start talking about modern heroes and see how they paint them as the best thing since the golden age. Which if you’ve been paying attention lately are ham-fist 1-D Mary Sues.
 
It’s bound to happen, and I’m going to ridicule them for it.

Don’t expect something else from a guy who said religion is the opium of the masses and lived before the holocaust. And Sargon is very dangerously wrong to say Marx was racist here – he made that statement against the jewish religion, not race.  
Ergo, this is evidence that Sargon isn’t morally nor ideologically perfect.

What the comment said is that Marx did have some eskewed and skeptical views of jews, but he didn’t hate them to the point that he wanted them to be wiped off the face of the earth.  
You guys have one big hate-boner for socialism, i’ll say. Marx was not the root of the problem. He did not write that the proletariat should be abused by its intelligentsia.

It is not okay to me. Marx was against religion, and i believe that was illiberal of him. He could’ve just been against organized religion, which is one flaw i see in his ideology.  
But don’t keep spouting slander against him or commiting anachronisms.
