You don’t seem to care if that happens to the guy Metokur accused of chairsniffing, for example.

His followers less so, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, because I would want the same done for me.

What I don’t trust them not to do is doxx somebody, or harass them in public, or get them fired from their job

It might happen because Metokur posted a clip of the guy in public.

I “project” that onto his followers because his videos attract the kind of commenters who blather on about helicopter rides and the day of the rope and all the usual alt-right garbage.

I think it’s substantially more likely that they’ll dox somebody, especially when the alt-right subreddit was banned for just that.

Well, at least two alt-right subreddits were banned for doxing. Metokur’s videos attract the same crowd. I don’t think I’m leaping that much.

It might happen because Metokur posted a clip of the guy in public. If you take Metokur’s joke about him at face value, or too far, it wouldn’t be difficult to find out who he is and harass him

Online, I registered to vote 8 days ago, and it took 7 days for the confirmation letter to arrive in the mail. So I am now able to vote in elections, as of yesterday.

Even if Kavanaugh is confirmed, some Senate Democrats are hinting t impeaching him if they win control of the Senate in the November elections.

I was thinking about compulsory education. All said it is probably safe to say some people simply aren’t college material no matter how much we pretend, don’t want to be in school and sometimes degrade it for the more academically dedicated students, and are just not quite the investment hoped for paid by taxpayers. Is there some point before late in high school where some kind of other training, perhaps vocational or even just menial service, is a rational idea rather than further academics?
