Plz don’t be pedantic. He has a point. Most of the hiring process now is not by merit but by race and sex. Here is the thing tho….its basically diversity hires that they are doing. Not because they are good at the job, but because hiring them will make them look good no matter how much their company suffers because they didn’t hire the right person for the job. To put it bluntly discrimination is alive and well, but its going in the other direction now. To be a white straight man is to be evil incarnate to the most left wing people in the nation.
