Violence on both sides don’t make them the same. One side wants genocide, the other doesn’t. You could argue that antifa are using bad tactics, but they’re not the same thing.
 
Antifa members have called for violence against, or the killing of cops, conservatives ( especially Trump supporters ), and I think even veterans in the past. And after the Charlottesville incident I think we’re going to see it happen.

Exactly. It’s like Mister Metokur said. We the users don’t really have any sort of power over the big corporations but the ISPs do. It’s fantastic to see Congress step in to attempt to stop this sort of blatant political bias against anyone with a centralist or conservative view of the world from happening on major social websites, but it may come to the point where we need to enact D.A.D (Digitally Assured Destruction) to prevent our voices from being completely silenced.

It’s more like this is threatening ALL non-leftist views and that’s why they’re doing this. If you set in motion a bunch of moderation tools to filter out the opinons you don’t like, ban them from various social platforms, and then go and take away their ability to speak on their own alternative platform, you start to skirt the line between objectivity and wanting Orwellian control of the narrative.

No. Leftists don’t see the virus themselves because if they did, they would realize that the alt-right, the heavy backlash against mainstream media, Donald Trump obtaining presidency, and Antifa getting branded as a terrorist group among other things all stems from them and their obsession with identity politics. Centralists see the symptom, conservatives see the virus itself, and the left sees everything as a virus.

There’s a difference between Liberalism and Leftism
 
Liberals believe that everything can be solved with just being nice and enforcing laws to protect minorities
 
Leftists know that the virus is the Capitalist mode of production, and that all inequality is perpetuated by it  
Commodity Production leads to the accumulation of Capital, and to protect this, the ruling class perpetuates their ruling ideology to keep the Working Class in tow along side with using force to crush worker revolts

Look, i know that bias is inevitable, but i’m afraid that you’re only looking at the places the other conservatives want you to look in order to cause a bad impression. Those people you’re talking about isn’t the left as a whole, but ANTIFA, BLM, the college campus activists, and a few others.

Honestly I’m finding myself in the same boat as Carl Benjamin. I used to be a general liberal. Then after seeing it become heavily idealogical, my views shifted to where they can be considered conservative.
