How are the PS3 CODs and some other games with online multiplayer (such as PS3 orange box) nearly unplayable?

There’s hackers as well as some on PS4 and PS Vita PSN too, though.

Either with a framerate of 30 or below, or nobody plays the online multiplayer because the games are too old.
 
Ironically enough, the Xbox 360 versions of the older CoD games occasionally get decent traffic.

The chances of getting a modded COD lobby on PS4 are 1 in a million compared to on the PS3. This coming from someone who still has a PS3 and occasionally tries playing Black Ops 2

I still have a PS3, but it’s in my closet, and even then, I only plan to take it out as a spare movie player.
