The releases of the first three Personas (note 2 is a duology) is weird.  
P3P does let you have direct command of party members and of course FEMC though the whole reason she exists is because the only time there are 3D models is during dungeon crawling the rest of the time it’s visual novel style which is why they were able to give her different S.Links though they also had to cut out The Answer.
