On a side note, can anyone tell me what characters were recast, and who their new voice is?

Omega, Blaze, Omochao, Silver, Big, and Knuckles are the ones that I can immediately remember off the top of my head. Blaze and Omochao are now voiced by Erica Lindbeck and Silver is now voiced by Bryce Papenbrook. I don’t remember who Omega and Big are now voiced by, but Knuckles is now voiced by Kyle Hebert if I’m not mistaken (which makes me wonder why Big was recast since Hebert was voicing him).

Omega makes sense (unfortunately) due to the controversy around Vic. I’ll chalk this up to Sonic actors being inconsistent for now though.
 
Silver being voiced by Bryce Papenbrook is amazing.
 
Blaze and Omachao’s recast kinda confuses me. Was it because Laura Bailey is recording Fruits Basket right now, or is she tired of Sonic?
 
I believe Big is being played by Kyle Hebert in the game. It was one recast I heard about before.
 
Knuckles kinda surprised me. I thought his actor would stay with him until Sega inevitably switched dubbing studios, but apparently not. He’s being played by Dave B. Mitchel.

Laura Bailey and Travis Willingham (Knuckles’s previous voice) just had a kid together recently, so it makes sense why they would both be taking a break.
 
I am going to kind of miss Quinton Flynn as Silver though.

One thing that does bother me about the future sonic movies I just know the next time they doing a movie even if it’s animated there’s going to be some people asking have they not learnt. It was the same thing with the Sony Mario movie (not approved) and Netflix’s Zelda(misunderstanding) and even the upcoming Netflix avatar show they all had that response

He was also voiced by Jeff Kramer in Shadow the Hedgehog and the 2009 Olympic Winter Games installment (for the former, Blaustein was supposed to do the role but was unavailable, and the latter was after her death in 2008).

Also, Team Sonic Racing have spanish dubbing too.
