And we start in RWBY’s dorm. Penny is best alarm clock.
Everyone is wearing Atlas-provided pajamas: t-shirts, sweatpants, and crew socks (the ones with the gray toes)
Also, apparently Weiss sleeps with her hair braided. I know it’s a big braid, but surely it doesn’t take THAT long to do up.
Beacon was high school, maybe college. Now Atlas is post-grad studies.
That punch sound effect of Ruby elbowing Qrow is super-out-of-place but funny.
I mean, yeah, Blake and Yang DO pair up a lot, but that’s how they trained at Beacon. I dunno if it’s different in Atlas. You can’t deny they have some killer teamwork, as shown by that badass team attack.
Jaune getting ALL the thirsty moms. Chill out ladies, he’s only like 19 years old! Nora thinks his new haircut is a HUGE chick-magnet.
This VR-like environment of stacked blocks is pretty cool.
Considering Ruby is taking the outside track vs. Harriet’s inside track, Ruby is doing pretty good at keeping up…though that’s only because Weiss is providing a helping hand by pushing her along with her glyphs. Harriet’s speed is entirely under her own power.
I know they’re not in class anymore, but Nora can’t keep falling asleep like this! Maybe Jaune needs to get her some coffee too? No, that’s actually a terrible idea.

Come to think of it, I don’t think we’ve EVER seen anyone do their makeup. Especially Blake, who had that rockin’ eyeshadow in past Volumes.

I’m pretty sure Ren ISN’T this dense. He doesn’t want romance to distract him from the main goal of stopping Salem. Still, he could throw Nora a bone every so often. She wants him bad, and she knows he wants her too!
I’m liking this debate between Robin and Marrow.
Calling it right now. Big screen up there like that? Watts is gonna hack it. Make it look like Jacques won. It’s too easy. Him winning at Robin’s (admittedly premature) victory party? She’ll have so much egg on her face, you could feed breakfast to an entire army.

Well, I’m glad that some people (correctly) believe the incriminating footage of the attack has been doctored. Still, the majority aren’t buying it.
Oh, that’s an AWESOME Semblance! What is that, some sort of camouflage zone? Oh, and Fiona’s okay too. That’s good.
And speaking of Fiona, what the hell kind of Semblance is SHE packing?! She folded that entire truck into a little hole on the palm of her hand!
Okay, I get that the Amity CCT project is important, but they’re completely missing the smaller details in favor of the “big picture”. Declaring martial law and enacting a military junta is the exact WRONG thing to do right now!
