“[The Winter Maiden] is not exactly a spring chicken…”_ Well, Raven, the Spring Maiden, is in her late-thirties/early-forties, so it’s not unheard of for a Maiden to be older than what “Maiden” usually implies. Still, using “stable condition” to describe her would imply she is so old, she’s on life-support.

Oh no. Oh no. Ironwood is planning on telling the world of Salem’s existence. In a perfect world, this would galvanize everyone into forming a united force against her. However, this is not a perfect world, and people are often panicky and a little dumb. I really hope this doesn’t backfire, but I imagine it’d be too easy if it didn’t.

Oh boy. I mean, I get WHY even Ruby isn’t telling the whole story, but I’ve got a bad feeling about this. Ironwood doesn’t need to know the sordid details of Salem and Ozma/pin’s relationship, but I’m sure he’d appreciate getting a bit of backstory on why Salem is who she is, or how the Maidens are their four daughters.
And now Ruby is hiding the last question of Jinn from Ironwood. Great.

Okay, it’s wise to get a feel for the situation, but Yang’s got an excellent point: this IS Oscar we’re talking about, why aren’t we discussing this with him?
Yikes. I hope Qrow isn’t too peeved at having to work with Mr. Good Luck here. He’s probably got a good heart, but the smugness that comes from natural good luck is bound to irritate anybody, especially a “bad luck charm” like Qrow.

Hmm. The guy with the boomerang rifle (can’t remember his name) might be a “soft” anti-human Faunus, as compared to Adam, who was a hardcore anti-human Faunus. Dude’s not on a psychotic murder-quest like Adam was, but he’s not going to lift any more fingers than strictly necessary to save some humans, especially not a Schnee.
