Probably because it’s easier to name girls than boys.
 
Like, literally anything works. You can name your girl “Parsley” and it’ll still fit.

The RWBY Chibi episode released today is, sadly, probably the best one of the season so far.
 
With that said, I can’t help but notice this season seems much weaker than the first. But, I wonder if it’s really a decrease in quality, or if it was always like this, and we just didn’t notice because of the aftermath of Vol. 3.

That’s the thing, he can’t turn it off. He might not suffer bad luck himself, directly, but since it spreads to anyone who stays close to him for an extended period of time, it effectively isolates him, which is pretty crappy.

He probably does suffer from the Semblance (it’s not that well explained).
 
He got caught by the foot and then poisoned by Tyrian, and he was targeted by the Nukelavee.

Wait, Qrow has a “bad luck” semblance, when was this revealed?

Read it in their voices. What could Rick possibly want with Dust anyways when he already has that Isotope 322 from Rickmancing the Stone?

I’m late to this, but just saw the Weiss character short. The choreography has improved quite a bit since vol 4; it just lacks a little oomph on moments of impact. That zoomed out scene is particularly good. A little more and it would reach back when Monty Oum still directed, but with higher quality animation.

I have only watched a few in the entire Chibi series. I may binge them later, but it’s not really what I came for.

If anything, I’m stoked for Volume 5 in two months.

I just managed to get Ruby added to a third-party supplement for Pathfinder. Admittedly with a different name, and a few changed details understandable, but it will essentially be her. But there will be enough plausible deniability to simply say that she’s inspired by Ruby Rose or homage to the character.
 
Once the art for her is complete I’ll make a link to it here as well as perhaps even the Google Docs file.
