Hmm, possibly. I would see it as more of a love/hate relationship with Qrow trying to win Winter over with his charm and she mostly having none of that. Maybe for a night here and there of passion, but not a solid or loving relationship that goes anywhere. More, I feel they may be too far often in conflict to work out.
It is admittedly an entertaining thought, the two playing off of each other. This, I feel in part, is way the two make a fairly popular pairing. As in most cases of opposites attracting, the rogue ot uncultured and the princess or cultured, one going his own way and one following more to the rules such pairings will always be popular.

Lancaster for Ruby and Jaune, I could see though I admit my heart is set for Pyrrha to somehow come back. It many never happen, but that is a desire of mine. Ruby being their with her optimism and empathy I feel could work well, especially in helping Jaune move on from Pyrrha’s death and to focus on making her death mean something.
I can see why many are gravitating toward Eclipes with Blake and Sun getting together, given how they are adventuring together and he came with her back to Blake’s home. That, and they do play off each other well.
