Yep. The closest we have to human-like mons are Gardevoir/Gallade and Pheromosa, all of them having non-human features and are more akin to animals with humanoid features. This is the key difference between Pokemon and Digimon designs, the former being animals with some humanoid features, the latter humanoids with animal-like features, or just straight up humans with wings. Pokemon is about wild and trained animals, where Digimon are about thinking beings that live in a world made of data, though goblins and ogres fit in the latter
much more than the former, and are a thing. Look it up and tell me that they would fit in Pokemon.
