I like gimmicky Pokemon too, but I’d also like them to actually be kinda good in battle.
 
Take Wobbuffet for example. Gimmicky as all hell, but it turns out that its one skill, reflecting attacks, actually makes it pretty strong.
 
It helps that it has a tremendous HP stat (but garbage everything else).

Castform is another gimmick-Mon that doesn’t do well in battle (sadly).

I know some of you aren’t eager for gen 8, but don’t you feel this generation has slowed to a crawl? Nothing noteworthy is really happening. GF hasn’t even put out any information on Zeraora. Not even news of a spin-off game.

I wouldn’t mind it if we got side story games that take place within the canon regions, like a game where you play as an international Police member like Looker, though to be fair I’m not sure how it could be relevant since the main protags take down the evil teams by themselves, they don’t leave too much work to be done after the fact

It’s been known from the start that Rowlet will be in a significant place in a top. I mean, he is so loved, its highly probable that Ash’s Rowlet will not gonna evolve in the entire series.

One of the biggest disappointments of my childhood was knowing Ash’s Totodile was never going to evolove

Also, stop making it so that you can’t evolve the player and partner Pokemon in the PMD games until after the fucking post-game story.

They didn’t included the other non-starters because PSMD didn’t include the Female/Male option.

Exactly, its our “fault” that we make a pokemon popular, and the anime producers decides to leave that pokemon unevolved for that reason.
 
Piplup was an exception. The producers were forcing it to be like that.

and your partner still had the option of using the female character models if you call “her” cute, the genders differences still made it into super anyway
