I don’t think the ost has been released, but he kinda has two themes. A more quiet one and the one for when he’s fighting.
 
His fighting theme is a great “crushing the hope spot” track that cuts in at just the right points to derail the hero’s momentum.

Endeavor’s (possibly fatal) injury is one thing, but you can tell by Todoroki’s face that he has another reason to better his own fire

|| If you look closely, the trajectory of the blow was scraping upwards rather than through.  
I knew it was coming, but the reactions got too real for me to not flinch despite preparing for it. Horikoshi said this arc was going to be a major game changer for the series, so we can expect the worst, but he is clearly toying with both possibilities.||

Plus, I’d say they already got a win - albeit, a Pyrrhic victory - when they exhausted All Might’s power and forced him into retirement.

That’s how the author is keeping the villains “credible”. They lose every single fight but they get away with SOMETHING each time. Either by hurting someone a lot or by gaining information.
 
I’m just a bit tired of it. I want them to WIN. Unambiguously.
 
Someone might say “Well, winning doesn’t matter if they’re winning the war overall.” The problem is that each chapter has the fanbase going on about how cool the heroes are. Because THEY’RE the ones who always win the fights.
