I’m just gonna pop in here. Everything this girl did was within her rights as a human. She didn’t do anything illegal. And hey maybe it was really good sex.

Fuck the police/title. As far as I’m concerned, there’s nothing you can do but laugh at how obviously far in she and many others have dug themselves. Remember to never allow media blackouts to happen, circulate everything.
 
Women have been set back decades in the games industry because of charlatans, the two-faced, and the dishonest.
 
2014 is the year we made SJWs realize that nothing is safe from criticism. For the sake of a culture not dominated by these people, spite them in every way that you can.

Why should we demand journalistic integrity from people who aren’t actually journalists? They’re really not. Gaming is a hobby, that’s it. I still refuse to call them journalists since I actually know people who have studied journalism and the ethics of the field.
 
It’s not even on the same goddamn planet. Most actual journalists would probably laugh and/or get disgusted at anyone who called any of these people journalists. I realize it is semantics, but still. What she did is just what a real journalist would expect from a gaming “journalist.”

Uhh, what rock have you been living under? Wizardchan isn’t a forum for fans of some ‘90s Disney film, but a haven for some of the most spectacularly socially-inept recluses and hikikimoris this side of the Internet. Sure they may harbor extremely biased views against women (though it’s up in air if it was actually one of them or a troll who posted the original “harassing” comments), yet these men barely have the motivation to leave their rooms, let alone organize “raids”. All they really want is to be left alone, and Quinn was a Grade A tool to whip the Social-Justice circus and their attendant White Knights into frothing hate against men who genuinely do suffer from crippling depression and other severe mental-health problems.

All these Five Guys jokes make me want to go to America again and make a proper order.

The thing is that she faked harassement and doxxing for sympathy,that was my point.

Because as you said,they did not harass her,the fact that such a low effort attempt using a chan that did not even have buisness talking about gaming…worked,idiots/bastards from all-kind of sites support her to this day,with higher position-owningpeople suspiciously deleting or banning any opposition in forums and even the most populated chans.

She faked harassment,which no one here seemed to even post,with framing a sub-chan known only for behavior and not actions of misogyny.

Why is everyone angry?  
Because when corruption extends to the most “honest” market keeps getting defended or denied,there is something is wrong.  
When sites are known for transperancy or already suspicious sites are going the extra mile, cover-up these things,there is something wrong.
 
This is not because someone slept with five guys,but who those five guys were,how she manipulated before and still manipulating while being supported when proven wrong on her innosence is what angers people.  
She is not a “brave woman going against the patriarchy”,this is a person hurting other people for no reason while benefitting itself,through manipulation of sympathy and connections.

That’s why I love TB. Sure, he’s said/done some things I disagree with, but he’s always seemed so balanced when it comes to his criticisms. It would have been easy for him to join the chorus of “pro” voices, but he stuck to his morals and called bullshit where he saw it.

It was Linked in the OP,the rest just focused on the game journalism problems,which was nothing new(as GJ being full of shit,only the nepotism and whoring is new).  
People forget that one of the underlying issues here is how easily a SJW mob can be manipulated ,as well as how powerful journalism/advertising can be for indies.
 
 
Nevermind how the indie game world can be so corrupt,as D1:GI and airplane control was thought as just an exception among with a few other nasty apples,this is a stain on indies in general ,on a much larger scale.
 
This is not why Indie is started and never should start being that way.  
It was supported not for people Zoe to exploit,but for people to stray from bullshit like this.
