Seems more like they picked the worst possible angle that highlights her jawline in addition to the lack of detail and definition in the artstyle. Too early to make any sweeping judgements from just a couple of still images. The reaction from everywhere are overblown, even if there is an understandable worry that the series will follow the same fate as other franchises that decided to pander to progressive politics.
There are better reasons to criticize the art, such as how it looks plain, static and flat, rather than how it promotes a supposed social agenda. I’m more bothered that they removed flamboyant Freddy Mercury from the series.
