Remember a couple of months ago when Zeb was like “Hey, I saw you guys talking about ZLS so I decided to watch ZLS.” That’s what your reaction should be. That’s normal. You read all about anime, watch video essays, browse memes, make memes, but it never even fucking enters your mind for a fucking second to actually watch them.

Zombieland Saga is almost over, I plan on watching it soon.

 
Irozku ep 11. Things quickly escalated after ending the Shou/Asagi arc. New problems arise, and now there is a time constraint (separate from the meta restriction of having limited air time). I feel like Hitomi and Yuito only started growing closer, and their story ending abruptly because of something outside of their control feel kinda cruel. But I guess that’s why it feels so sad.
 
 

 
Tonari no Kyuuketsuki-san ep 11. Sophie going crazy because Akari got a cold was really cute and sweet.
 
Found time for off-season stuff, so I started BanG Dream. I can’t say I’m impressed by the start. I don’t love the art or design. Animation doesn’t look lively. I’m not immediately endeared to the main character. She’s pushy but not particularly charming. She just ignores people who tell her to stop, and it works out. I’m disappointed that the girl with the red streak in her hair isn’t in the main cast. (She’s the reason this is even on my to-watch list.) Music is alright, at least. But it’s not awful, I’ll give it time.

 
Is this anime any good? Except not the fingernails scene.

I don’t remember that one. So it’s either much tamer by comparison, or so much worse that I immediately suppressed the memory.

Uma Musume spin-off announced. Likely a product of the mobage getting delayed so much. Probably going to be short form, but it’s somethin’.

Gridman ep 11. So, this ep opens with a way more visceral version of the previous ep’s ending. The confrontation in the hospital was good. Rikka’s humanity comes through yet again, but executed in a way that’s feels authentic and not too cheesy. Utsumi was more sympathetic this time, and I like that he actually learned from his mistakes. It had been so easy for him to detach himself from the fight, to tell himself he played no role in it. For him to even acknowledge that his actions were “despicable” (strong word, but that’s what the translation used) was admirable.
 
I think everyone who shipped them had been expecting Rikka to confront Akane for awhile now. For Akane to deny Rikka’s friendship when she had wanted it for so long was heartbreaking, shows how far she has fallen. Alexis stepping in when he did was some pretty good timing, I hadn’t even noticed the ep was ending, and it was a pretty brutal cliffhanger. And the ED just gets sadder as the eps go. Might be my ED of the Year, (Yuru Camp’s being the only one I might put ahead of it.)

I assume you made that comment because you read that Akane stabbed the main character, right?
 
Here’s the problem: You don’t know the events leading up to it. You don’t understand the relationship between Akane and the rest of the cast. You don’t understand the emotions during that moment. You just assume it’s as simple as that description. Because you don’t know anything about the show. This is why I keep telling you that you can’t understand an anime through memes.
