Akagi’s Washizu Mahjong arc finally ended after almost 20 freaking years of dragging the story around.
 
Man, Japan is just crazy. And here I thought that Bleach could drag a story around.

The amazing thing is that Akagi vs Washizu’s game was thrilling, even if most chapters were basically nothing but 2, maybe three moves and the author’s monologues going on tangents, surprises and even a trip through Hell.

One could give them credit, that they actually changed the title of the article to reflect better what it’s about. But the fact that they ever thought it was a good idea to use that title doesn’t really make it better.
