Things Starlight Glimmer is not allowed to do.

001. Starlight Glimmer can not make voodoo dolls of two ponies and then push them face-to-face while making "Mwah!" sounds. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy do not need any help doing that on their own.

002. Even though it IS somewhat justified, Starlight Glimmer can not just use memory magic to remove the word "teacup" from Trixie's vocabulary.

003. Starlight Glimmer is not to draw unflattering depictions of Chancellor Neighsay on the blackboards or encourage students to do the same.

004. Starlight Glimmer is not allowed to send unflattering poems about Chancellor Neighsay to local newspapers

005 Starlight Glimmer is not allowed to write poetry unsupervised
