One night, when Nyx went to bed, she had a nightmare where she woke up in a room that wasn’t hers. She looked outside and found herself in a city similar to Manehattan, but it didn’t have that warm comfortable feeling that she was used to, plus it didn’t look like Manehattan. It looked like something else had created it.
She woke up in fear, only to grow more afraid when she realized that she hadn’t been sleeping. She was merely in a sleepwalk-like trance.

When helping Twilight clear out her basement, she finds the lamp of a genie named Wishful luck.
Wishful luck is a unique genie. Most genies only grant three wishes per person(or in this case, pony), but Wishful grants unlimited wishes, even after being freed, and only grants the wishes of one with a pure soul
