November 11th, Veterans’ Day
Being an active duty fighter pilot for the Navy means I get a little more recognition for my service. I like it. I also like showing off my Patriotic spirit, showing off the RWB during burnout shows and smaller races.

Note: Oh by the way, I’ve been selected as a pilot for the Blue Angels! And training starts soon!

Letter: I got a letter from Twilight, saying my pony counterpart’s younger sister, pony Apple Bloom, has a deadly and incurable disease. I think it’s a cancer of some sort but not sure. I really hope she’s alright…

November 12th, thoughts and prayers to both Apple Blooms
We got the official diagnosis and it is indeed cancer. This is a rare kind only found in fillies. And only 1 out of 1000 of them get it. Really hope she makes it.
Edit: My Apple Bloom has been diagnosed with a rare case of breast cancer. FarMS, the NASCAR team I co-own, may be inactive on the track, but that doesn’t mean we’re silent. I am starting the Empire Jack Foundation for Freshmen and the Fund for Apple Bloom, both will raise money for treatment. Both will be known as the ♌️Bloom♋️ Fund, representing her zodiac sign and the cancer sign, not because of the zodiac sign, but has a deeper meaning.

November 13th, the ♌️Bloom♋️ Fund is working
Multiple drivers have chimed into the fund. Martin Truex Jr., Kevin Harvick, Jimmie Johnson, Joey Logano, and more. They are really lifting spirits and hope that AB’s gonna be ok. She just got through the first stage of her treatments, and is still talking. She’s still the happy self she was before. But she said one good thing is among the bad. She said that this has brought the family together and all the drivers and teams together as well.

November 14th, second stage over
Apple Bloom has endured the 2nd and hardest stage. All of her surgeries and treatments are pretty much done with. The only thing left is recovery. Apple Bloom is however, good to go and is not required to come back. She has been released. All that is left now is some major TLC (Tender Loving Care).

November 15th, getting better
Apple Bloom is feeling great, quite a scare but she’s recovering very quickly. She’s gonna stay home for another 6 days but we’re hopeful. And the fund has been a huge help.

November 16th, heart to heart
Apple Bloom is now fully recovered. And after hearing about it, she ran to me and tearfully hugged me, putting me in tears. And we shared a heart to heart moment together. AppleJack admitted she was trying not to cry, and I partially believe her. She doesn’t really cry often but I did see tears welling up in her eyes.

November 17th, Bloom to Jack
Apple Bloom returned to school today to a test. She looked confident but came home sad about something and I helped console her. We talked one on one. She got a bad grade on the test then was teased about it by Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. I helped calm her down and lift her spirits. Then after, I told her I’d give them a long lecture about teasing.

November 18th, the lecture
So, yesterday, Derpy Tiara and Silver Splat made fun of Apple Bloom at school. Not cool! Then she was sad and Inhad to comfort her. And, as much as I love her, and would do anything to cheer her up, it’s also difficult. And I was not happy. So after school, I marched my way to them and told them to take a seat. They called me a name I can’t remember. Then I threw off my hat with a slight scowl. And they know what that means. Whenever I throw my hat off, it means stuff’s about to get REAL. So they sat down quietly. I actually think I lectured them for a good hour and a half. Twilight came over and helped me with the last half hour. And Apple Bloom saw and heard everything. Even AJ did.

November 19th, Twilight steals the show
Hey guys, Twilight Sparkle here. Empire can’t make it because he is one: suspended, I’ll get to that, and two: he”s venting right now. He was competing for “Captain of Canterlot.” Similar to “Princess of the Fall Formal” but for guys. It however runs each semester instead of one night. Empire’s run twice before but lost to the same person twice because she did some things to throw him off. Even when he’s done everythi right, she’ll take it all, crumble it up, and blow it to smithereens (not always literally). And after this semester of that happening, he had enough and after the votes ended and the winner announced, he walked over to her, faked a handshake, and punched her, starting a fist fight. Me and the Mane 7 and some others tried to break up the altercation. But Empire hung on and kept going at it. Eventually, they broke them up and Empire was suspended for 2 weeks. But that’s not all. He was also prohibited from participating in both school sports, and his own. He”s a driver and co-owner of FarMS and the officials decided to suspend him for that as well. This infuriated Empire and after school, actually broke the door from kicking it open too hard. This concerned a lot of us, not used to seeing him loose his cool. So he’s currently living with me for now since my place was closest to the school. I’ve been trying to calm him down but he keeps venting words I’ve never heard before.

November 20th, Empire’s cursing now
Empire has really taken a sailor mouth, cursing at least once per minute. I tried to reason with him but he won’t accept my help.

November 21st, suspension lifted
Hey guys, Twilight talkin’ again. Empire’s suspension was lifted slightly to only 1 week. He will miss this week’s race but will be back next week.

November 25th, Empire is back
So. Thanksgiving passed by. I got stung by a swarm of Yellow Jackets on my arm, I got food poisoning after lunch so I had to miss dinner cause I “set up shop” in the bathroom. Apple Bloom tried to console me but I just waved her off, saying I needed alone time. After a while she was back, and was knocking rapidly on the door. Why? I don’t know yet but I heard it was desperately urgent. So, a “great” Thanksgiving for the Apple Family.

February 1st, School Performance
The Rainbooms had their first school performance in a while, and we performed the song that reunited CHS back a few years ago. The Cafeteria Song. However, I joined in on the fun, even taking on the role of co-guitarist taking care of the guitar played towards the end. It was really fun but you know what was even better, both my pony counterpart and Princess Twilight came over to perform.

February 2nd, Scootaloo and I talk racing
After my pony counterpart spent a day with her “idol’s” counterpart, I spend some time with Scootaloo, someone who motivates me to keep pushing when things are hard. She and I decided to make a new role on FarMS, which is the official team encouragements. These people will help out around the shop with tasks of their choosing while also encouraging others to work harder. We also made a small go kart team so we can each get a little closer. And obviously Rainbow Dash is helping too.

April 8th, Down and Dirt at Bristol
Been a long time but I’m back. And tonight was a fun one. Running in my #10 truck with Smithfield on it was a bit out of character to start. I didn’t have a good heat race result so I started around 24th, give or take a few spots. But my spotter, goodness help me, Aric Almirola, driver of the Cup counterpart, spotting for me. And he’s by no means as much as a dirt racer as say Larson. But we rebounded and made it to 3rd. But those ThorSport trucks gave me a run for my money. But I’m glad to say I had fun and hope to carry it to tomorrow. And congrats to Joey Logano in the #66.

April 9th, Down and Dirty at Bristol day 2
What a race that was! Had a LOT of pressure from the dirt specialists. Larson gave me an early run but Bell, Briscoe, and Redding were the ones I had to watch out for in the end. Christopher nearly caught me around lap 234 but towards the end it was me and Briscoe. He nearly caught me in turn 2 and down the straight until the caution for Berry and Chastain came out. The win kept my sweep of dirt victories going, starting in 2018. To celebrate, first off I have the front runners I mentioned earlier a bump of respect then stopped by turn 1, turned around, and did Kulwiki’s signature celebration, the Polish Victory Lap. Not just one, but 3, the third with 3 fingers up for Dale. Then received a hug from Briscoe and a couple other of the drivers who challenged me. I invited them to take the victory picture with me but they said “no”, saying that they were just for my team.

April 10th, racing with Scootaloo and the CMC
Scootaloo has expressed interest in driving for FarMS. So we decided to add an extra branch that races virtually in iRacing. The CMC put themselves against me, Star Flame, and RD. Apple Bloom raced against Rainbow Dash, Star Flame had Sweetie Belle, and I got Scootaloo, somehow. RD beat my little sister, Star beat out Sweetie Belle, but by the grace of goodness Scootaloo beat me. And we were both trying. Raced our guts out. It came down to a last lap pass and she got it. She would go on to finish 2nd behind RD, Star 3rd.
