What are you trying to upload / from where?
A service we used for uploading from Tumblr recently hiked up their price and blocked users until they coughed up the dough, so we’re working on an in-house solution for that atm.

It’s my own comic page. The file is original to me. I upload file directly from my PC…And I don’t have Tumblr at all. It’s only post here.
