Already do have one, but the voltage selection is manual not automatic, along with a power stabiliser but is not enough the problem is the sudden voltage drops.
Will do check the sheet once I finish making a hard copy of everything to an external drive for safe keeping also I’ll eventually set up a Raspberry pi with a torrent so anyone can download what I have.

I encountered some problem with bbolli-tumblr-utils
- It doesn’t do a thing with hidden tumblrs. I can’t find anything in the document that suggests how it might be used to get the hidden tumblrs.
- It sometimes fails to grab a file, and when that happens, in the final html files, instead of pointing to a local copy of the file, it would point to the actual url. This is not a true archive.
My current thinking is to run some kind of post-processing program that crawls through all the html files and generate a list of all the urls in them, then use wget to get the files, put them in the “media” folder, then change the html files so that the urls are changed to point to the local addresses of the local files.
My explanation isn’t good but should be understandable if you’ve seen the error. It’s quite certainly there if you have used the python script and got errors.
I’d be glad if anyone would write such a script. I can write it myself but I’m really tired and would have to do it tomorrow.

that’s the only time it failed on me, but wget would also fail since tumblr tries to force you to use your browser by setting secret session cookies that your browser hides from you for your protection. so then you have to look at tumblr’s ads, for the sake of the children. I haven’t been able to figure out what mysterious obfuscated arrangement of several cookies that tumblr requires for you to be considered “logged in,” but that’s the only problem I might’ve had in downloading.

Well it’s not that I don’t WANT to help it’s that I don’t watch anyone on tumblr who does pony art and doen’t have alternate a identity on posting sites more suited for NSFW. Anyway I use my PS4 to net surf since my PC parcialy fryed. Well I could go to to the tumblr that are still up and screen cap the pictures and reassable them then repost them here from a public computer.

A couple things
- SFW is not safe, that’s a misconception. The algorithm is trash and just flags at random, I saw a twitter thread compilation on all the different false positives, things like a map and tumblr’s own blog post so anything is in danger.
- The google doc checklist doesnt seem to be anywhere near the amount of the full list of blogs, but it cant be edited to add a new one so I’m not sure how to handle the difference.
- Is archiving with Hydrus satisfactory? I don’t have a tumblr account, but I can bypass all of their blocks with it like logging in for sensitive content and auto scrape the blogs just by punching in the name. I don’t know if it’ll save any of the meta data though. I’ve already downloaded over 2k images on the story blogs this way.

Upload your original files, if you still have them, or use aforementioned export (bust in top right - settings - click on relevant blog - “Export X” button on the bottom) to save if you lost the originals.

Nice. It’s glad that they are so supportive of the overall archiving effort by going up in panic and deleting their blogs instead of appealing the flags and keeping their blogs (or, you know, just waiting until Tumblr does it, in MagnaLuna’s case).
There’s only one thing that’s worse than a company going nuts with some automated system, it’s artists deleting their art in unnecessary fits of panic and overreaction.

This torrent is a bit smaller than previous one (21 megabytes), but still can be not accepted by popular torrent clients. But most of open source clients are able to work with this torrent file. qBittorrent is recommended.
I hope all my torrent files will be put on top of this thread.
