Thumbnail/image disappeared?

I can no longer see https://derpibooru.org/1702059 or its thumbnail, no matter what I try. It says “Thumbnails not yet generated” and “Just a moment - Please wait and then refresh the page to view the image”. The View button works. Is it just me?
