"This image has been uploaded before" even though it hasn't been uploaded

So I’m trying to upload a higher res version of an image of celestia but it won’t let me because it tells me that it’s already been “uploaded” and that it’s image #2155253, which is a different image of nightmare rarity. How do I fix this?

Are you uploading the file directly from your machine, or providing a source URL from another website?

Well, I guess you should buy some lottery tickets, then… The “exact image” block is based on a mathematical formula derived from the image, the chances of two different images having the same resulting value is astronomically low.

Or more likely we are recording the hash incorrectly. As usual.

So can you fix it?
