Shorthand tag aliases

I doubt many people at all know about this, even though it's listed in Tags/Aliases, but we have a list of shorthand aliases for things that are commonly tagged and over 5 characters. Currently:

m6 — mane six (implies all mane six characters)
ts — twilight sparkle
pt — princess twilight (implies Twilight Sparkle)
rd — rainbow dash
ry — rarity
aj — applejack
fs — fluttershy
pp — pinkie pie
sb — sweetie belle
ab — apple bloom
sl — scootaloo
cmc — cutie mark crusaders (implies the three CMC)
tx — trixie
tia — princess celestia
luna — princess luna
sombra — king sombra
sf — spitfire
bb — braeburn
bs — babs seed
sn — soarin'
qc — queen chrysalis
cgt — colgate (implies Minuette)
bon — bon bon (inplies Sweetie Drops)
dc — discord
ss — silver spoon
dt — diamond tiara
bp — berry punch
dj — vinyl scratch (implies DJ-Pon3)
nmm — nightmare moon
pcd — princess cadance
sa — shining armor
rg — royal guard
bm — big macintosh
ld — lightning dust

So there that is for anyone needing it. And of course, if anyone has suggestions, and not just for characters, do speak up.

I love the fact that the board practically tags for you, and we still have people who refuse to tag.

I do believe that aliasing "DJ" with "Vinyl Scratch" is a mistake since anyone of the characters can be drawn as DJs themselves/we have fanart where a character is depicted as a DJ.

Well, unless we have a tag for that kind of depiction that I'm not aware of.

"ot" doesn't work for Octavia.
"oct" does, though, as it's clear from the alias list.

I think that "dj" should be a separated tag, too.
Vinyl Scratch is better knows as, duh, Vinyl Scratch. Too bad "vs" is already used in a (very) few images, so maybe "vsc" or "vy"?

It's not impossible (it wouldn't have a retroactive affect) but it would mostly mess with what people are used to tagging.

Ah, yes, I know.
But there aren't many Silver Spoon pictures uploaded everyday. Not as many as Shimmer's, on average.
Is it possible to know how many taggers actually use "ss"?

Clover, K_A or barbeque could probably figure it out by checking certain logs. It's not just taggers, though, it's also search queries.
