Problems with uploaded media

The problem is the following:
I uploaded some stuff, under my tag, the number on the tag went up, indicating that the images have been uploaded, but when i search my tag there’s nothing. In the uploads there’s nothing either. The filther is “everything”. What can it be? The upload was like 5 hours ago. Can’t understand what seems to be the problem here.

I see there are still some images in the approval queue. Since you’ve only had this profile for less than a day, we need to review your images first. Give it a little bit and someone will take a look at that queue.
