As far as I can tell, The fandom has been treating them as two separate characters, as the art with both of them together shows. So I believe the character tags should stay separate. Not imply eachother or include any race identifiers. Since there's always those anthro/equestria girls versions.


 
Some tag cleanup to straighten out who's tagged what. But other than that and a pic int the description to show them, I think they should stay two separate characters.
