'windswept' should be aliased to 'windswept mane'

windswept -> windswept mane

But humans/almost human EQG characters and other species don’t have ‘manes’ per say….

Then I would either suggest: windswept mane -> windswept  
or have windswept be the one for anthro/human and move the pone stuff in it to ‘windswept mane’.

I’d prefer a more general approach for all, but I’ll see if anyone else has opinions first.

Mane is hair, alias “windswept mane” into “windswept hair”, have it imply “windswept”, and use “windswept” for general instances of hair in the wind, dramatically billowing cloaks, trees getting torn out of the ground by hurricanes…

I’m fine with the first part, but for non-mane/hair related things blowing in the breeze I think could use the general wind tag. Speaking of which, perhaps the windswept tags should imply ‘wind’.
