A single line is enough to take an image from not having cameltoe, to being an image with cameltoe. Sometimes it’s shading. Sometimes it is a change in hue.
Each artist has their own unique style, so you have to adapt the guidelines to the style the artist is using.
The main thing is we want to filter images that people who are only browsing SFW images would not want in their browsing history or showing up on their screen at work.
So to play it safe, rating wise, if you think you see cameltoe then assume cameltoe.
