That said, sounds good. Unless the intention was to reference or do a crossover with the above manga.

I’d disagree on the grounds of “third eye” having a magical/mystical/spiritual connotation (sometimes, but not exclusively, only a symbol and not a visual organ at all), and “three eyes” being either specifically for real physical three-eyed characters (with overlap if the physical third eye has paranormal abilities) or as just a parent/implied tag,
 
but I couldn’t say if there’s enough use of these in distinct ways on the site to justify it. Thoughts?

If these aren’t the same, then they’re gonna need definitions, an implication, and some retagging. A lot of the “third eye” images right now don’t really have a mystical feel to me.
