"tail fluff" and "fluffy tail" should not imply "fluff"

fluff has been aliased to fluffy, but tail fluff and fluffy tail still imply it, leading to the verbatim tag fluff getting applied to images with no way to remove it.

Also, they shouldn’t instead imply “fluffy” since that’s more all-encompassing and one fluffy aspect is not enough to warrant its use.

Went to the post here and fixed all the tags (only waiting on response for the artist tag) including fluffy.

Also removed the fluffy implication from the mentioned tags.

Why can’t they imply fluffy? I see nothing wrong with that…

As implied by name and description, I see the tag being used for when the fluffiness is all over, and not just on one body part. If it’s just on one body part, just use the applicable “X fluff” tag.

I think fluffy should be a more generalized tag like Furbooru does it imo. Guess that needs its own thread.

Not really tbh. But I don’t know how people actually use it or want to use it so it’s hard to say for sure without proper discussion.

Current use seems good. If you don’t care about complete fluff you can search for fluff* letting fluffy stay for complete fluff

To add to this: Generally, I would say that a specific patch of fluff wouldn’t be what I’d want to search “fluffy” for.
