For reference, TVTropes (who are quite picky about naming their pages) calls it “jumping out of a cake”, and I would prefer that or “popping out of a cake” as the main name for the tag.

Whoever is in the cake is not always a mare or a stripper, and “pop out cake” sound like a type of a gimmicky cake, not the action of someone suddenly emerging from one.
