"screenshot" implications and aliases

Not sure about this one: per its tag description, “[screencap] is for screen captures, even animations or whole video sections, from the official MLP content. This is not used for screencaps in general.” Although screenshot is aliased into screencap and usually, plural forms of tags are treated the same, because screenshot is aliased into screencap it seems that screenshots is more non-screencap than screencap and making it an alias might just be introducing more trouble.
 
On a related note, because screenshot is aliased into screencap, I’m not sure what tag, if any, is meant to be used for screenshots in general (such as of a drawing application, a browser window, etc.) Certain specific ones, like game screencap, get tagged only with their tag and not screencap.

Screenshots should not exist and people using it as a dumping ground for random shit shouldn’t be allowed to happen. Ideally it would be aliased into another tag first, and then screenshots aliased into screencap to fix that. I’m just not sure what.
