Saggy Breasts Aliased to Saggy

I guess let’s try this again. I was looking for feedback to my proposed change. But since it was missing the proper formatting.
 
Saggy Breasts and Saggy Tits -> Saggy
 
Having all three seems redundant. And Saggy appears to refer specifically to breasts as I see no male-only images under the tag last time I checked. I think Saggy Breasts should replace Saggy, but Saggy outnumbers the other two combined in total images tagged.

“Saggy” could refer to ballsacks, arses, tummies, and even skin so IMO aliasing more specific to less specific is short-sighted.

low hanging fruit is weirdly named “saggy ballsack”.

I’d be willing to go through all 401ish images under the Saggy tag and retag them to Saggy Breasts as appropriate as I feel better with the tag being more specific, but unfortunately I’m afraid it’s use is ingrained with some people and they’ll continue to use the generic one instead. That was why I proposed this.
 
When I originally proposed this aliasing a few weeks ago, I did a check but found nothing under the criteria I searched to indicate Saggy was used for another other than for female breasts except that particular image.
