Ying-lung【應龍】is their Twitter username, while the handle is @yinglungdraws. Yinglung is also their Derpibooru username.
Since @yinglungdraws is only the Twitter handle while the main account name is Ying-lung, probably should alias the handle tag to the name used both on here and Twitter as it only returns 3 images.

Per the new AI policy, generated by Cloppermania should be renamed toprompter:cloppermania. I can use the tag edit userscript to rack up some metadata edits if staff is too busy to make this change soon.
Let me take a look at it first. There’s sometimes some tricky bits involved.

Based on the twitter links provided in the uploaded art, it seems these are the same artist. “Nagi” appears to be shorthand, and their twitter handle is Nagi @NagiThebat, so both are technically in use. I would probably go with NagiThebat for distinction.
