In general, ask yourself whether the show, EqG, the movie, or the comics could've done it. If the answer is yes, it sure isn't grotesque/semi-grimdark/suggestive.

Should sole images of male characters having them showing nipples be tagged as questionable?
Because, according to the tag description, visible uncensored nipples should be tagged as questionable.
(Though, at this point, I think as long as the breasts aren't huge and the character is at least wearing pants that cover their lower half and isn't doing anything suggestive the image should be tagged as safe.)

Going by the logic that flatchested images aren't questionable because there aren't any breasts:
