There's no hint of any sexualization in it (not counting that [spoiler]||boop[/spoiler]||). I'd personally go with safe. Given the artist, too, safe seems a fairly easy bet.
 
Rather than tag war, I'd suggest reporting it for a staff member to directly weigh in on.
