This isn't a formal r[Dequest, I just wanted to know what you guys thought.
Proposal:
* Make "Twintails":https://derpibooru.org/tags/twintails the default tag
* Make "Pigtails":https://derpibooru.org/tags/pigtails the alias for that tag
Currently they are different tags.
Personally, I prefer the term 'twintails' as the default, as it makes more sense since pigs don't have two tails (also does it imply the hair should be braided, curly, or dirty?). Pigtails just sounds farmerish and derogatory. You can't even talk about a 'pigtail' hairstyle in the singular, why is it always plural if pigs have only one tail?
In order to explain my reasoning visually, let's compare with the term "ponytail"
On the left is a literal pony tail. On the right is a ponytail hairstyle. Pretty straightforward, right?
